Terms and Conditions for PICASSO AUTOMOTIVE WIRING SOLUTIONS PTY LTD
1. Ownership of Parts, Products, and Consumables: Any parts, products, and consumables provided by PICASSO AUTOMOTIVE WIRING SOLUTIONS PTY LTD shall remain the property of the company until full payment is received from the customer.
2. Retention of Customer's Vehicle and Keys: PICASSO AUTOMOTIVE WIRING SOLUTIONS PTY LTD reserves the right to retain a customer's vehicle and/or keys until full payment for services rendered is made.
3. Payment Terms: Invoices issued by PICASSO AUTOMOTIVE WIRING SOLUTIONS PTY LTD must be paid in full within one business day of the due date specified on the invoice unless formal notice is given and agreed to in writing by both parties before the due date.
4. Interest Charges: In the event that payment is not received within the stipulated timeframe, interest will be charged at a rate of 1.5% per day, calculated from the invoice date.
5. Debt Collection Fees: The customer agrees to be responsible for any fees or charges incurred by PICASSO AUTOMOTIVE WIRING SOLUTIONS PTY LTD for engaging a debt collection company in the event that the invoice remains unpaid for seven days after the due date.
6. Work Safety and Completeness: PICASSO AUTOMOTIVE WIRING SOLUTIONS reserves the right to refuse participation in work deemed unsafe, improper, or not fit for purpose. Labour, including travel time, will still be charged regardless of the completion of work.
7. Project Completion and Payment: If a job or project cannot be completed within the quoted period or standard business hours, PICASSO AUTOMOTIVE WIRING SOLUTIONS will receive payment for time spent and work done. Completing incomplete work will be a priority in the next business day.
8. Product Warranty: Product warranty and replacement of parts that failed within the warranty period will only be replaced if PICASSO AUTOMOTIVE WIRING SOLUTIONS was the original supplier of the parts or products.
9. Customer Parts and Wiring Harness: PICASSO AUTOMOTIVE WIRING SOLUTIONS will not install customer-provided parts or wiring harnesses.
10. Warranty, Product Inspection and Failure: In the event of a product failure, the product must be inspected in the vehicle by a PICASSO AUTOMOTIVE technician. If the product failure is determined to be a direct result of another person (NOT a Picasso Automotive employee), e.g., modification or removal of the harness or other aftermarket components, a diagnosis fee will be charged at the advertised hourly rate.
11. Customer-Supplied Components and Wiring: Customer-supplied components and pre-existing wiring have no warranty.
12. Flat Rate Call-Out Fee: Our $135 flat rate call-out fee covers the cost of travelling to and from your location for our technicians. The call-out area is within 30 km from 4/64 Callaway St, Wangara WA 6065, as per the fastest route on Google Maps. Fifteen minutes of labour is included in this call-out fee complimentary. While we do not guarantee your vehicle will be fixed within this time, it provides our technicians enough time to give you an accurate estimate.
13. Call-Out Outside Flat Rate Area: If you are outside our flat rate call-out zone, an hourly rate is charged from the moment your technician leaves "Base" as per GPS data.
